§ Mr. MASTERMANYes, Sir; I shall be glad to lay before Parliament so much of the correspondence as relates to the adoption, as a condition of the increased Grants, of the inclusive fee for certain courses of study provided that no objec- 1878 tion is entertained to this course by the University Courts of the Scottish universities.
§ Mr. F. WHYTEMay I ask that there will be no delay in the matter?
§ Mr. MASTERMANI will communicate at once with the University Court on the subject.
