§ The PRESIDENT of the BOARD of TRADE (Mr. Buxton)I presume that the question relates to the investigation undertaken by the Board of Trade. Good progress has been made with this Inquiry, in spite of the disturbing effect on local prices of industrial and other troubles during the past year. It is not yet possible to state the exact date when the Report will be issued, but I hope that it will be published during the coming spring.
