§ Mr. O'DOWDasked the Chief Secretary whether the Congested Districts Board had given a Grant towards improving the outlet from Lough Gara, adjacent to Sligo and Roscommon, to the Lough Gara Drainage Board; and, if so, could he say 1044 under what authority the proposed improvement scheme would be carried out, seeing that under the Acts 5 and 6 Vic. the present Board had only maintenance power?
