§ Mr. WATTasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether nationalisation of the railway companies, in whole or in part, exists in all British Dominions and Possessions; and, if not, will he say in which of these Dominions and Possessions the principle of State ownership has not been adopted?
Mr. HARCOURTI would refer my hon. Friend to the House of Commons Return No. 331, of 1907, and would add that I am at present considering, in consultation with the Board of Trade, the action required to bring that return up to date.
