§ The PRIME MINISTER (Mr. Asquith)As an agreement could not be reached as to a proposed alteration, the terms of the Allocation Resolution will be adhered to. The discussion on the new Clauses and Part I. will continue until Thursday, at 7.30. Thereafter the remainder of the Bill will be considered.
