HC Deb 27 November 1911 vol 32 cc10-1
Mr. BOLAND

asked the President of the Board of Trade whether his attention has been called to the recommendations made by a special committee of the London Chamber of Commerce on the subject of trade misrepresentations; and whether, with a view to safeguarding the good name of Irish products and in the general interest of integrity in trade, steps will be taken to give legislative effect to the main recommendations of this committee?

Mr. BUXTON

The answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. The whole matter is at present receiving the careful attention of the Board of Trade.
