Mr. BUXTONThe Report of the delegates has been received and presented to Parliament, and will, it is hoped, shortly be in the hands of Members. No separate report has been made on the subject referred to in the last part of the question, but my hon. Friend will find when the Report is issued that the International Conference has agreed upon amendments of the Convention which, if generally accepted, will afford a more adequate protection against misrepresentations such as those to which he refers.
