HC Deb 21 November 1911 vol 31 c1014
Mr. CASSEL

asked what is the estimated annual cost of the stamps and cards to be issued under the National Insurance Bill; and whether such cost will be payable wholly out of moneys provided by Parliament or out of the insurance funds to be established under the Bill?

Mr. McKINNON WOOD

The expense of the stamps and cards will be met wholly from voted moneys. The cost, which will be moderate, has not yet been accurately estimated.

Mr. CASSEL

Will the right hon. Gentleman furnish us with the amount before we reach the Report stage?

Mr. McKINNON WOOD

It is a very small matter.
