§ Mr. FELLasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will state what will be the position of clerks in banks under the National Insurance Bill who begin with a salary of £60 or £80 per annum, with an annual increase, and who reach the salary limit by the time they are twenty-five or thirty years old, and who will apparently receive practically no benefits for the money paid by them and on their behalf?
Mr. McKINNON WOODA person who has been five years a contributor will be entitled to continue as a voluntary contributor at the employed rate.
