Mr. MARK SYKESasked the Financial Secretary to the Treasury whether, seeing that on 18th August, 1911, the Board of Customs and Excise issued a general order stating that the Board would at once set in hand the task of calculating the sums to be paid to officers consequent on the retrospective application of the new service scale, he will say whether this calculation is now complete; and, if so, whether officers have received any part of these sums?
