Field Company, Royal Engineers, Eastbourne, are not enrolled members of the Territorial Force, and, if necessary, take action to secure compliance with the instructions issued in September last?
§ Colonel SEELYI have made inquiries, and I am informed that all the members of the band now belong either to the Territorial Force or to the Territorial Force Reserve.
