§ The SECRETARY of STATE for the HOME DEPARTMENT (Mr. McKenna)I have received a complaint of the nature indicated, and I have asked to be furnished with facts to substantiate it. When I receive these I will make further inquiry; but I may say that the firm in question is not now doing, and has not for some weeks past done, any work for the prisons.
