HC Deb 13 November 1911 vol 31 cc42-3
Sir C. KINLOCH-COOKE

asked the Under-Secretary for War whether he will give a Return to the House of the number of contracts, specifying nature of goods bought and amount of money paid, placed in foreign countries from the 31st March, 1906, to the 31st March, 1911?

Mr. TENNANT

The hon. Member presumably is asking for a Return on similar lines to that given in 1910 (House of Commons Paper 154) and to those given in previous years. There is no objection to granting the figures from 1st April, 1909, to 31st March, 1911, in continuation of the previous Returns so far as the War Department is concerned, if the hon. Member will move for the Return.
