HC Deb 08 November 1911 vol 30 c1639
Viscount DALRYMPLE

asked whether the Chancellor of the Exchequer's attention has been called to the circumstances under which off-licence holders in Scotland, owing to the necessity for taking out three separate licences, are in many cases charged a higher Licence Duty than would be payable if they held an on-licence; and whether he proposes to take any steps to remedy this state of affairs?

Mr. McKINNON WOOD

My attention has been called to the matter, and I will have inquiry made.
