HC Deb 24 May 1911 vol 26 c246
Mr. GOULDING

asked whether the sanatoria established under the National Insurance Bill would be available for uninsured wives of insured persons?

Mr. LLOYD GEORGE

The sanatoria to be provided under Clause 47 of the Bill would not be limited to the treatment of insured persons, but the expenses of sanatorium treatment for an uninsured person could not be met from the funds contributed by the insured persons.
