§ The UNDER-SECRETARY of STATE for the HOME DEPARTMENT (Mr. Masterman)The number of cases disposed of in the three years 1908 to 1910 was 935; number of judgments for the workmen, 750; for the employer, 185; number of appeals, 19, of which four were abandoned, eight resulted in the judgment being affirmed, and seven resulted in the judgment being reversed.
