asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will state the number of cases tried by His Honour Judge Bryn Roberts, county court judge for Glamorganshire, under the Workmen's Compensation Act; the number of cases in which judgment was given in favour of the workmen; the number in which judgment was given in favour of the employers; and what number of decisions were appealed against, and the result of such appeals?

The number of cases disposed of in the three years 1908 to 1910 was 935; number of judgments for the workmen, 750; for the employer, 185; number of appeals, 19, of which four were abandoned, eight resulted in the judgment being affirmed, and seven resulted in the judgment being reversed.
