§ Mr. ILLINGWORTH (Lord of the Treasury)The proportion of Irish to British income is not accurately indicated by the produce of the Income Tax, which would, of course, only show the proportion of taxable income. I know of no reliable estimate of the proportion of Irish to British gross income.
