§ Mr. TENNANTThe Board of Trade obained a copy of Dr. Kuczynski's report when it was issued in 1909, but as all the official statistics contained therein were available in the preparation of the tables showing the course of German wages in the abstracts of foreign labour statistics, published by the Board of Trade, it does not seem necessary to undertake the translation of the report referred to.
