§ Mr. McKENNAFacilities will be given, so far as possible, to the naval and military establishments at Portsmouth to witness the Review, on board some of the port tenders. The allotment must depend on the accommodation available.
§ Mr. FALLEAre there not many vessels available on Sundays, and would not the men themselves be very glad to do the work?
