asked on what date would the rules and programme governing the Intermediate Examinations (Ireland), 1912, be issued?

The rules and programme for the Intermediate Examinations in 1912 are still under consideration. They will be laid on the Table of the House as required by statute.

Was the programme for the year 1911 issued in April, 1910, and why is there delay this year?

I was not aware of that.
