§ Mr. ACLANDI should not be unwilling to obtain the information for which the hon. Member asks if upon consideration he still desires to press the matter. I can, however, assure him that the great majority of the men employed are fully trained, and that their training is properly kept up, and I hope that this may satisfy him.
