HC Deb 01 May 1911 vol 25 c11
Mr. FITZROY

asked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Board of Agriculture whether, in view of the fact that under the Glanders and Farcy Order of 1907 horses only require a certificate of freedom from those particular diseases when landed in this country, he will issue an order from the Board of Agriculture requiring a certificate of freedom from other contagious diseases before horses are landed and distributed in this country?

Sir E. STRACHEY

The suggestion made by the hon. Member is now under consideration.
