Sir GILBERT PARKERasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he has received a Consular Report of the co-operative enterprises which are being carried on in the provincial government of Reggio-Emilia, in Northern Italy; and, if not, whether he will obtain it for publication in the consular reports?

I will endeavour to obtain a report upon the subject if the hon. Member so desires, and it can be published in the Board of Trade Journal if it is too late for inclusion in the Consular Report of the district of Genoa for the year 1910, which will very shortly be issued.
