§ Mr. LEES SMITHasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he is aware that the recently issued Report on the Referendum contains no information with regard to the initiative in Switzerland, although full information is given about it in the less important case of the United States; and whether he will repair this omission by granting a Return?
Mr. McKINNON WOODThe Motion in the House of 21st March last year did not call for a Return showing the countries in which the initiative is in force, but a report on this point shall be obtained from Switzerland.
