Mr. M'KINNON WOODThe following other countries have concluded special agreements with this country respecting commercial travellers' samples: Austria-Hungary, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Norway and Sweden, and Switzerland. There are in addition provisions respecting such samples in our commercial Treaties with Bulgaria, Egypt, Honduras, Mexico, Paraguay, Roumania, Servia, and Uruguay.
