Strachey)All applications for grants from the Development Fund must be made to the Treasury in accordance with Regulations, a copy of which I shall be happy to supply to my right hon. Friend. If the application is made by a body of persons other than a Government Department it is sent by the Treasury to the Government Department concerned. The decision as to the Department concerned in any particular case rests with the Treasury.
