§ Mr. BURNSI am proposing to follow the example of my predecessor in 1902 and to issue orders sanctioning expenditure by local authorities in connection with public local celebrations of His Majesty's Coronation. The orders will be issued shortly.
§ Mr. KELLAWAYIf this expenditure is to be sanctioned, will the right hon. Gentleman reconsider his determination not to sanction expenditure on the feeding of children?
