HC Deb 20 March 1911 vol 23 cc5-6
Mr. REMNANT

asked the Secretary of of State for Foreign Affairs whether all the communications that have passed between his Majesty's Ministers and Mr. Bryce and the Governor-General of Canada respecting the proposed reciprocal arrangement between Canada and the United States are shown in White Paper, Cd. 5523; and, if not, when does he propose to lay the remaining communications upon the Table of the House?

The UNDER-SECRETARY of STATE for FOREIGN AFFAIRS (Mr. McKinnon Wood)

Every despatch and telegram from His Majesty's Ambassador at Washington relating to what passed at the negotiations between Mr. Knox, Mr. Fielding, and Mr. Paterson has been presented to Parliament in full or with certain necessary omissions. Questions as to correspondence with the Governor-General of Canada should be addressed to the Secretary of State for the Colonies.
