§ Colonel YATEasked the President of the Board of Trade whether, in considering the question of the possibility and best method of utilising the machinery of the Labour Exchanges in connection with the applications and vacancies noted in overseas dominions for men, he will consider the question of granting financial assistance to women who are desirous of emigrating to dominions where there is an opportunity of employment for them?
