§ Mr. NOEL BUXTONasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he would lay, in translation, the Baghdad Railway Convention of 1903, the cahier des charges attached thereto, the additional Convention of 1908, and the several loan contracts in connection with the Baghdad Railway sections; and, if so, whether he would cause a map of the projected railway, with adjacent lines already constructed or in course of construction, to be annexed to the translation?
