§ Mr. HERBERT SAMUELThe number of vacancies annually given to ex-soldiers or ex-sailors is equal to half those occurring on the classes of postman and porter, the other half being given to civilians. I can hold out no expectation of any increase in the number of posts reserved for soldiers or sailors.
