§ Mr. LLOYD GEORGEThe Noble Lord appears to have overlooked the fact that sickness benefit forms only a moderate proportion of the benefits included in the National Health Insurance, and that the contributions may be required to provide against future liabilities, more especially in respect of disablement benefit, as well as against the liabilities immediately arising.
