HC Deb 17 July 1911 vol 28 c662
Mr. POINTER

asked whether duly qualified herbal practitioners will be allowed to practice under the terms of the National Insurance Bill in cases where the insured person prefers their services to those of the ordinary medical practitioner?

Mr. HOBHOUSE

No practitioner who has one or other of the qualifications enumerated in connection with the medical Acts would be ruled out by the terms of the Bill.
