§ Mr. RUNCIMANNo, it does not mean that. If the hon. and gallant Gentleman wishes to know what action has been taken I shall be glad to give him a full answer. I have already informed him that we have extended the area considerably and added more accommodation. We cannot bring all these collections under one roof without having a new building.
