§ Resolution reported:—"That it is expedient to make provision with respect to the Reversion Duty to be charged on the determination of a lease before the expiration of the term thereof, owing to the vesting of the lessor's interest and the lessee's interest in the same person, and with respect to the persons from whom that duty is to be recoverable."
