§ Mr. HERBERT SAMUELStokers employed in the General Post Office in London are entitled, after two years' service, 1726 to receive two-thirds of their pay during sick absence, within certain limits depending on the length of service. The same conditions apply to stokers employed on the cable ship "Monarch" when not at sea; but when the ship is at sea full pay is allowed within the same limits.
