HC Deb 20 February 1911 vol 21 c1532
Mr. O'GRADY

asked whether his attention has been drawn to the case of Mrs. Woolmore, who was convicted at Epping on Friday, the 10th instant, for neglect of her children; whether he is aware of the fact that the cottage in which the woman lived was without a proper water supply; and whether the local authority did anything to compel the landlord to provide a proper water supply for the cottage?

Mr. BURNS

My attention has not been drawn to the case; but if the hon. Member will furnish me with the address of the cottage I will bring the question to the notice of the sanitary authority?
