§ The CHANCELLOR of the EXCHEQUER (Mr. Lloyd George)The officers who distributed Form IV. in England and Wales were paid for the work at the rate of 2d. for each hereditament. A further payment of 2d. or 3½d. per hereditament (according to the character of the work), was made for the collection of the completed forms.
