HC Deb 14 December 1911 vol 32 c2541
Mr. RENDALL

asked the Attorney-General whether extensive alterations in the circuits of County Court judges are now being, or have lately, been made; whether the County Court Rules Committee, the Law Society, or any representative body were consulted before such alterations were decided on; and, if not, why not; whether such alterations, if made, are the result of the Lord Chancellor's expectation of the passing of the now withdrawn County Courts Bill; and can he now give full particulars of any alterations made and the date upon which they will be operative?

Mr. McKINNON WOOD

The answer is in the negative.
