HARVEYasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he was aware that, with the exception of some vacancies which had been filled, there had been no additional appointments to the staff of His Majesty's women factory inspectors since 1908; and, whether, in view of the demand there was for their services, he could see his way to promising some further appointments?
