HC Deb 22 August 1911 vol 29 c2281
Mr. EDMUND HARVEY

asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he can now lay Papers dealing with the trial of the Hon. Galbraith Cole for killing a Native suspected of sheep stealing; and whether he will include the judge's report in the Papers to be laid?

The SECRETARY of STATE for the COLONIES (Mr. Harcourt)

I am not yet in a position to add to my former answers in this matter.

Mr. E. HARVEY

Can the right hon. Gentleman say when it is likely that Papers will be published?

Mr. HARCOURT

No, but I will consider that during the Recess.
