§ Mr. CROFTasked the Postmaster-General whether it is proposed to fill a possible vacancy for a telegraph super-intendentship at Bournemouth by the selection of a man from another office; and, if so, whether, in view of the fact that a similar method was adopted on the occasion of the last vacancy at the Bournemouth office, he would consider the possibility of selecting a member of the local staff?
§ Mr. HERBERT SAMUELI can only say at the present time that when a vacancy arises at Bournemouth the claims and qualifications of the staff there will receive full consideration.
