§ Mr. JAMES PARKERasked the Home Secretary what action it was proposed to take on the report of the Royal Commission on the Care and Control of the Feeble-Minded, and whether he would consider the possibility of introducing a Bill embodying at any rate some of the recommendations contained in the report?
§ Mr. CHURCHILLI am most anxious for action in this field; and work preparatory to legislation is proceeding. I am not wholly without hope of being able to introduce a Bill this Session, but only universal goodwill could carry it forward into law.
