asked the President of the Board of Trade what was the average price of wheat in London, Paris, and Berlin during the first three months of 1911?

The "Gazette" average price of British wheat in London in the first three months of 1911 was 31s. 8d. per imperial quarter, and the average price of wheat imported into London was 33s. 8d. In Paris and Berlin the average official prices of wheat—quoted irrespective of origin—were 47s. 7d. and 42s. 9d. respectively.
