§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Congested Districts Board have approved of a scheme under which a loan of £50 can be obtained for the erection of a dwelling house with slated roof, repayable in fifty years by instalments of £1 8s. 6d. a year. The scheme only applies to the Congested Districts Counties, and is confined to tenant purchasers of agricultural holdings, the rateable valuation of which does not exceed £7.
