Mr. McKINNON WOODArrangements have already been made by the First Lord of the Admiralty for the publication of the decisions of the Russian and Japanese Prize Courts arising out of the Russo-Japanese war, and it is hoped that they will be issued during the coming summer. The work is of considerable magnitude, and will be contained in two volumes.
