50. Mr. RENDALL

Jefferies, No: 342154, Royal Engineers, of 219th Field Company, Royal Engineers, 32nd Division, France, British subjects and Canadians who joined the Army in the United States in January, 1918, and have been on active service in France since August last and desire to return to their farms in Canada, have not been discharged although their papers were sent through more than a month ago?

Captain GUEST

Instructions have been issued that all men who are serving in France who claim repatriation are to be sent to Winchester Repatriation Camp, and if their claims are allowed they will be repatriated as soon as passages are available. Where, however, a man is willing to remain in the Army of Occupation he is retained.
