§ Mr. WEDGWOODasked the President of the Local Government Board whether he will grant a Return showing the numbers of boys and of girls licensed for street trading under the Employment of Children Act, 1903 (by-laws), in each of the towns of the United Kingdom of over 20,000 inhabitants?
§ Mr. MASTERMANA Departmental Committee has been inquiring into the subject of street trading, and is expected to report shortly. The report will, no doubt, contain information as to the number of children now licensed. In these circumstances my hon. Friend will perhaps be content to wait until the Report is issued in order to avoid the expense of preparing and publishing a separate Return.
§ Mr. WEDGWOODShall we have it this Session?
§ Mr. MASTERMANI think so.
