§ Mr. MacVEAGHasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether his attention has been called to the resolution of the Down County Council with regard to the 346 damage done to public roads by traction engines; and whether he will consider the expediency of putting a tax on these ponderous vehicles and of refunding the proceeds to local authorities?
