HC Deb 27 July 1910 vol 19 c2107
Sir C. KINLOCH-COOKE

had given notice to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will consider the advisability of deleting from the notices sent out from the county asylums the description pauper patient, in view of the fact that such description is unnecessary, and wounds the feelings of the relatives of the deceased person?

This question is withdrawn at the request of the Home Secretary, who, I believe, has accepted the suggestion.
